Originally from the United States of America, I moved to the UK in 2018 where I lived in London undertaking my masters degree in Clinical Applications of Psychology. I moved back to England in 2021 to begin my Doctor of Counselling Psychology degree which I will complete in the winter of 2024. My expertise as a practitioner working in the mental health field is diverse due to the many opportunities I have had over the past decade to work in various services, facilities and organisations. Through these experiences, I have uncovered my passion for working with adult clientele struggling with issues related to identity, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma and race-related experiences (an area which I have conducted my doctoral thesis on).
