Relational CBT

Through relational Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, we focus on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This approach can help you develop healthier patterns of thinking and improve your overall mental well-being. CBT is particularly useful for approaching a specific challenge such as behaviours or negative thought patterns that you'd like to work on in a practical way. 

Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy takes into account the interconnectedness of individuals within their relationships and broader systems. By addressing family dynamics and social influences, systemic therapy aims to foster positive change and harmony.
